With a passion to make a difference in the lives of the people we support, we are looking for like-minded individuals to join our care team as Community RMNs and RGNs who will embrace and live our ethos and values of caring, compassionate and committed.

We are looking for experienced RMNs and RGNs (Community):

• With a Nursing Diploma / Degree
• With at least ones year experience caring for individuals with complex care needs in community settings
• Who are clinically confident in working with individuals with complex needs and be able to work effectively in a multi-professional and disciplinary context
• With a collaborative and enthusiastic approach and the passion and enthusiasm to improve the quality of life for the people they are supporting
• Offering excellent communication skills with strong relationship and team-building skills
• With a warm, compassionate, nurturing and caring nature who are reliable, flexible, honest and trustworthy
• With the ability to adapt to different and often challenging situations

We will also need you to complete a current NMC Registration and PIN check, check your right to work in the UK and you’ll need to provide an enhanced DBS or documents to apply for one.
