With a passion to make a difference in the lives of the people we support, we are looking for like-minded individuals to join our care team as Experienced Support Workers who will embrace and live our ethos and values of caring, compassionate and committed.

We are looking for experienced Complex Care Support Workers (Community):

• With at least one years experience caring for individuals with complex care needs in community settings and/or NVQ Level 3
• With the passion and enthusiasm to make a difference in the lives of people with specialist support needs
• Who possess excellent communication skills
• Who are caring, attentive and able to build strong relationships
• Who are reliable, flexible, honest and trustworthy and have a warm, compassionate, nurturing, and caring nature
• Who are great team players with the ability to adapt to different and often challenging situations

You must also have the right to work in the UK and have good verbal and written English whilst being able to provide an enhanced DBS or documents to apply for one.
